DeUnequeTV Heads to NAB Show New York 2026: Two Days of Big Media, Big Tech, Big Tools
DeUnequeTV is headed to NAB Show New York 2026 at the Javits Center on Wednesday, October 21 and Thursday, October 22 — the East Coast marketplace where media, technology, and creators converge — to cover the show floor, the sessions, and the people shaping what's next.
This year's show brings more than 200 exhibitors to the Javits floor — including Sony, B&H, Blackmagic, Canon, Ross Video, Grass Valley, EVS, Evertz, Riedel, and Lawo — alongside roughly 80 hours of programming across AI, the creator economy, streaming, sports, and TV/radio broadcasting. Four show-floor theaters will carry free educational programming all day, both days.
Day 1 — October 21: 'Big Media, Big Tech, Big Tools.' Sports, the future of journalism, media business and investment, newsroom AI, and broadcast innovation — with a dedicated sports track, Local TV Strategies sessions, and the SMPTE ST 2110 IP Media Roadshow.
Day 2 — October 22: 'Next Gen: Creators, Streaming and Sound.' Creator-led businesses, monetization models, streaming, and audience experiences — squarely DeUnequeTV territory — plus AES@NAB audio programming. Post|Production World training and a Career Fair run across both days, and the week unofficially kicks off Tuesday, October 20 with the NAB Marconi Radio Awards at the Edison Ballroom.
DeUnequeTV's coverage plan: red carpet–style interviews on the floor, on-camera gear demos at the exhibitor booths our crew actually shoots with, session coverage across the newsroom AI and creator-economy tracks, and man-on-the-floor conversations with creators about how they're really monetizing.
The team: Jorge Alvarez-Washington, CEO of DeUnequeTV; Ameliaismore of Nubian Television; and media executive Alonzo Boldin of Atlantian Films.
BIGGER THINGS BREWING: As the team gears up for NAB Show 2026, they're also preparing an even bigger media project with NY1 anchor Cheryl Wills. Seen here: DeUnequeTV's CEO Jorge Alvarez-Washington with Ameliaismore — plus media executive Alonzo Boldin — getting ready for
the show.
